- Daily Opener
- Began reading Witness. We'll read approximately 20 pages a day together in class. For each character in the book you need to document the role they play and their attitude towards the KKK.
- Activity- 1920s Slang Skits. Worked in groups of 3 or 4 and created short skits using 8 slang words from the 1920s.
- Notebook Checks- worth 20 points

- Daily Opener
- Activity- Create a KWL chart for the 1920s. Divide your paper into 3rds, label the column on the left 'K', the middle column 'W', and the right column 'L'. In the K column write everything you know or think you know about the 1920s. In the W column write what you would like to know about the 20s. The 'L' column will be filled out at the end of the unit.
- Video- The 1920's: Beyond the Glitter
- Worked on C level tasks.
