Our test over the Progressive Era will be on the first B day back from the snow or vacation, which ever comes first.

If you're behind on your tasks now is a good time to get caught up.

For those of you who have them all turned in here is our next unit if you want to get a start on it. Imperialism unit- you might have problem accessing it if you don't have a gmail account, either request that I share it with you or email me at school connolly_caryn@salkeiz.k12.or.us and I'll attach it.

  1. Daily Opener
  2. Finished Election of 1912 activity from Tuesday- shared candidate and platform information for each party and came up with a bumper sticker slogan.
  3. Read and discussed Chapter 11 Section 4 as a class.
  4. Handed out Progressive Era test study guide and blank 3x5 notecards- we discussed Monday's test. You can use a 3x5 notecard on the test, information can only be handwritten on the card.
  5. Turned in A level task.

**Remember Progressive Era unit test is Monday. Bring a #2 pencil with you to class.

  1. Daily Opener
  2. Finished Progressive Era Reform chart from Friday and went over the answers- didn't turn it in.
  3. Accomplishments of Roosevelt, Taft, and Wilson chart- it's on the back of Friday's chart, presented.
  4. Activity- Began researching Election of 1912. Got into groups based on political party and researched who the candidate was and what their platform was for 1912. Will be presenting on Thursday.

  • A level task is due on Thursday.
  • Progressive Era test is on Monday the 15th.

  3. Watched video The Progressive Era- took notes and discussed. See me to arrange a time to make this up. It has very important information for the test.
  4. Worked on B level task and C level tasks.

  • Finn Reardon quiz is Friday.
  • B level task is due Friday.
  • C level tasks are now late. I gave out Homework club slips to those missing at least 2 tasks. You have until Friday to complete them or you'll need to start going to Homework Club.
